HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
- When you place your order you receive an order confirmation, with access to your account details.
- Once the order is processed and fulfilled you will receive a notification with tracking number.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER STATUS READS DELIVERED, BUT IT’S NOT IN MY MAILBOX?
- Sometimes the post office marks the order as delivered prematurely. Please allow at least 1 business day for them to actually deliver it.
My Tracking is Stuck in "Pre-Shipment"
- Please read your shipping emails carefully as you may receive it before the order is scheduled to be shipped. Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the fulfillment process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in.
This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed 10 business days in the same status.

- Due to COVID and safety concerns, we are currently not accepting any returns or exchanges. We encourage all first time customers, to check out our various sample options to be able to test and try what would be best for them. We apologize for any inconvenience.

May I Cancel my Order?
- You are able to cancel your order with a complete refund, within 24 hours of the order being placed. Once outside that window of time, it will be up to our discretion if whether or not we are able to accept the cancellation.
ARE THE SOAPS SAFE FOR SENSITIVE AREAS?
Yes. we recommend to test the soap on a small portion of skin for sensitivities, before applying throughout the body.

- The Eucalyptus x Diatomaceous Earth is highly exfoliating and will need to apply moisturization immediately after Use.
